1. Scope
These terms govern use of the website and services for assessment, document preparation, appeals and advice relating to digital accounts. By browsing the site you accept the terms as they concern use of its content.
2. Engagement
Submitting the form is an inquiry, not an automatic contract. A service is engaged after written confirmation of scope, price, timing and terms.
3. No promise of a platform decision
Unban Solutions is an independent provider and is not part of Instagram, Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube or any other platform. The relevant platform makes the final decision and no specific outcome is guaranteed.
4. No user accounts
The site offers no registration and maintains no user accounts. There are no passwords to keep and no profile to delete. Communication runs by email. Any page promising a portal login is not ours.
5. Acceptable use
The following are not allowed: requesting action on another person’s account without authority; attempts to circumvent a platform’s rules or the law; submitting false evidence; automated scraping of this site; attempts to breach its security; using the form for spam or threats. Such conduct ends the work without a refund.
6. Client duties
The client provides accurate, lawfully held information, cooperates promptly and confirms they are entitled to act for the account concerned.
7. Intellectual property
The texts, the sanctions reference, the diagnostic, the guides and the site layout are our property and protected by copyright. Personal use and quoting with a clear link to the source are permitted. Copying whole pages, republishing or using them to train automated models is not permitted without written consent. Materials prepared for a specific case are provided to the client for use in that case.
8. Information is not legal advice
The reference, the diagnostic and the articles describe publicly published platform rules that change without notice. They are an operational guide, not legal advice, and create no attorney–client relationship.
9. Price and payment
The price, included work and payment method are set out in the written offer. Additional work is performed only after prior agreement.
10. Withdrawal and refunds
Consumer rights for distance contracts, including the 14-day withdrawal period, apply according to law. If the client expressly asks for work to start early, a proportionate amount for work performed may be due upon withdrawal. Details are on the Payments and Refunds page.
11. Confidentiality and data
Case information is used to assess and deliver the service and is processed under the Privacy Policy. Clients must not send passwords or two-factor authentication codes.
12. Liability
The parties are responsible for actual and foreseeable loss under applicable law. We are not responsible for platform decisions, for interruptions in their services, or for incompleteness of information provided by the client. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
13. Site availability
The site is provided as is. We aim for continuous operation but do not guarantee freedom from interruption during maintenance or a provider incident.
14. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach. Amounts due for completed work and confidentiality duties remain applicable.
15. Changes to these terms
These terms may change; the current version is the one on this page, with its update date. A service already engaged is governed by the version in force at the time of engagement.
16. Governing law and dispute resolution
Bulgarian law applies without removing the mandatory protection a consumer has under the law of their own country. The first step in a dispute is good-faith negotiation by email, which is the fastest way to a resolution. If that does not help, a consumer may turn to the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Commission, or to the competent Bulgarian court. The European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued in 2025 and is no longer an available route.
